Michael Costa, C.Tech., is the current owner and Projects Manager as well as in charge of subdivision design. He has been with us for eighteen years and has experience with civil & mechanical design, and project management.

Dale Allenback, P.Eng., has more than fifty six years experience with engineering, plant management and project management in differing construction disciplines. He currently is working on septic systems and structural design.

Guneet Singh Dua, E.I.T., joined us earlier this year. He is in the process of obtaining his Professional Engineering designation. Guneet works with Dale on structural design as well as septic design.
